About Karen
Hi, I'm Karen. What started as baking cakes during recovery from a knee operation became a passion I couldn't put down. There's something magical about the moment someone sees a cake made just for them.
One of my proudest moments? Creating a moving, radio-controlled lorry cake for my son's 21st — taking apart a real lorry, rebuilding it in cake and icing, and watching it still work. The smile on his face made every hour worth it.
Living with M.E. means I work at my own pace, but it's never slowed my creativity. Each bake is a challenge I love to take on.
